Red Caffeine Adds Three to the Team

Congratulations to our newest team members! Three things you can assume about these folks, considering they’ve made it through the interview process, are:
1) They like coffee.
2) They enjoy craft beer.
3) They have a badass skill.

Laura, Danny, and Natalie … welcome to the party.

Laura Kaster
Laura joined the Red Caffeine team this summer as a PR Consultant. She helps develop and lead public relations strategies for RC's clients. Prior to working with RC, Laura spent almost a decade working at several PR agencies in Chicago and throughout the Midwest, developing an expertise in writing and media relations.

Fun fact about Laura: “I love musical theatre, and I find belting out show tunes a way to relieve stress. I just joined a local choir in Elmhurst and am looking forward to singing in front of an audience again!”

Danny Wyse
Danny joins the creative team as a Graphic Designer. From creating graphics, designing brochures and emails, and laying out case studies, he’s pretty much in charge of all things creative for various clients. Before coming on full-time at Red Caffeine, Danny worked as a Design Intern for the Chicago Blackhawks and has a Stanley Cup ring to ice his bragging rights cake.

Fun fact about Danny: “I am right-handed in everything I do, except when playing hockey.”

Natalie Dubs
Natalie joins our account management team as a Project Manager. Her job is to make sure our clients are happy and their marketing plans stay on track. She also manages client budgets and ensures we hit all deliverables along the way. After graduating from the University of Iowa, Natalie worked as a Product Marketing Manager at The Bradford Exchange and eventually found her home at Red Caffeine.

Fun fact about Natalie: “I don't eat hamburgers, but I eat ground beef in almost every other form (tacos, meatloaf, etc.). Weird … I know.”

As we approach our second anniversary, we are so proud of our remarkable growth (having more than doubled in size in only two years) while keeping to our commitment to hire for culture fit first and skill match second.
