Red Caffeine Attends Management Association Conference

As members of the Management Association, Red Caffeine was delighted to sponsor and attend the Management Association's 2016 Employment Law Conference, held at Northern Illinois University's Naperville campus. Over 250 HR professionals attended.

The day began with a keynote speech by Tom Goldstein, co-founder and publisher of SCOTUSblog. Tom's fascinating and funny presentation covered the current and upcoming Supreme Court cases that have, and likely will, impact labor, employment, and benefits.

Red Caffeine was one of nine exhibiting sponsors there to share our expertise in a variety of areas that pertain to HR. More specifically, we touched on the need for HR professionals to be “at the table” when their company's marketing plans are being laid. This is because an organization's brand awareness and market perception directly affects their ability to attract and retain top talent, just as much as it affects the sales cycle. Our public relations director Bunny Mirrilees spoke with several HR professionals during the conference, and our Operations Manager, Heather Carbray, attended the day’s sessions.
