This October, Red Caffeine President Kathy Steele was honored with an invitation to speak at the Technology and Manufacturing Association’s (TMA) annual board retreat in Puerto Rico. The goal of TMA’s annual board retreat is to develop a strategic plan to better communicate their brand values and ultimately engage further with their members.
Kathy headed a presentation that kicked off the board retreat’s overall theme—strategic planning. She shared her story of founding Red Caffeine and discussed how culture, purpose, mission, vision, and values are all necessary components for the reinvention of any company or association.
This event was extra special considering the TMA is one of our recent clients. Following the working sessions, we enjoyed experiencing the culture of Puerto Rico. Highlights included some amazing dining, a tour of the Bacardi Rum Factory, watching the Cubs wild card game and of course the Mojitos.
Overall, it was a great retreat, the perfect combination of work and play. Send us to Puerto Rico with a boatload of our clients anytime. :)
