A survey of over 11,000 employers says that only 30-50% are ready to meet the most critical workforce expectations and trends, according to Deloitte’s 2018 Human Capital Report. 1. Know how you rate among the competition.
Are you an employer branding novice or are you an employer of choice? Do candidates go to your job postings before your competitors’ and are your employees loyal to their roles? You may have the fun company culture that top talent craves, but you also need to align your channels to show it off to the world.
