The best parts of my day are collaborating with our team of smart, strategic thinkers from a range of disciplines to come up with the best solutions for each client. Of course, I also love putting the design details in place; it’s the icing on the cake.

What are a Few Challenges or Trends Occurring in Your Area of Expertise Right Now?

It’s a challenge sometimes to get across the value of design to someone who hasn’t put a lot of investment toward it before. When a logo can be downloaded off the internet, why hire an agency? It becomes easy to understand the strategic thinking once a client comes to us, though. When they go through the process with Red Caffeine, the difference becomes clear.

What Projects or Accomplishments Come to
Mind When You Think Back on Your Time
at Red Caffeine?

My passion and years of experience lie in branding, and those projects are always my favorite! Most recently, we revitalized a brand for Acu-Rite Solutions with everything from a new name and logo to an updated website, marketing materials and trade show experiences. It’s exciting to launch a new brand and even more rewarding to continue the relationship and watch the brand grow and thrive over the years.

What's Your Favorite Way to Collaborate 
with Other Red Caffeine Team Members?

I believe in impromptu calls and brainstorm sessions with no set agendas. People reaching out when the ideas are fresh and working through thoughts and ideas at each stage of the game is important. “It’s all in the details” is one of my favorite phrases, and this way of working promotes that. It can be challenging with remote workers, but once we get in the groove of being open and available to each other, it’s just like sitting in the next office!

Outside of Work, What's One Passion or Hobby That Energizes You?

There’s nothing I love more than spending time with my family, and we don’t spend much time sitting around! Whether we’re on the soccer field, at a track or gymnastics meet, traveling, visiting a museum, riding roller coasters or just swimming in the ocean, we love experiencing new things. I like to make the fun happen!
