Question #1

What’s The Most Fulfilling Aspect
of Your Role at Red Caffeine?

Hands down, it’s building connections. People say they love what they do, but I genuinely love networking and learning how to bring people together in every way possible to support people and business growth. Whether I meet people in person or online, I enjoy it all.

Question #2

What Are A Few Challenges or Trends Occurring In Your Area of Expertise Right Now?

The first challenge/trend that comes to my mind regarding Lead Generation/Demand Generation is that buyers are more empowered than ever because of the upfront research they need to do. Sales professionals should focus on a more consultative sales approach and relationship building to offer customers a more personalized experience. Another hot topic more concerned with sales enablement is the adoption of AI and automation. Using AI to turn customer communications into actionable sales intelligence has been a game-changer for post-sale support of sales teams.

Question #3

What Projects or Accomplishments Come to
Mind When You Think Back on Your Time at
Red Caffeine?

If you know me, then you know it’s 100% my participation in various associations and serving on the Women in Manufacturing Illinois Chapter Leadership team. Being part of these organizations has helped me directly in my role at Red Caffeine and, more importantly, by helping me build a network of professionals who share similar
goals and values.

Question #4

What’s Your Favorite Way to Collaborate with Other Red Caffeine Team Members?

My favorite way to collaborate with the RC team is by participating in “hack sessions” or our “culture clubs,” where we are all together as a team, and everyone can bring their thinking to the table. I work with so many smart people and always leave those discussions with new perspectives and insights to improve my thinking.

Question #5

Outside of Work, What’s One Passion
or Hobby That Energizes You?

Crafting — I have a Cricut Maker 3, a cutting machine that allows me to do all kinds of crafting. I mostly make t-shirts and decals for my family and friends. However, I have done all sorts of projects. If you find something on Etsy, there is a good chance I can or have already made it.
