Red Caffeine was recognized for the second year in a row as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois. Best Places to Work in Illinois is a research organization that conducts in-depth employee surveys to determine how people really feel about their workplaces. Red Caffeine uses this survey to benchmark the health of our culture year-over-year and pinpoint areas for improvement. If you hang around the office long enough, you’ll hear the mantra, “Teamwork makes the dream work,” and we couldn’t have achieved this status as a Best Place to Work if not for our talented and passionate team.
