RC Honored as The Best and Brightest®
The office has been buzzing with excitement recently — and not because of all the caffeine we’ve consumed — but because of our recent achievement. We’re thrilled to announce that Red Caffeine has been named a Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in Chicago! The award is given to companies that are committed to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.
This marks the third consecutive year that we have been awarded for our innovative and thoughtful culture. At Red Caffeine, we live and breathe our core values, which further align with the qualifications to be considered a winner. From open-book financial management and gain-share opportunities, to office dogs and weekly Culture Club lunches, Red Caffeine strives to create a great workplace environment with the belief that you should love what you’re doing and who you’re doing it with.
Not only do we have our core values to thank, but we also have to recognize our highly caffeinated, badass team! Once we found out about the reward, our office Mom and Brew Crew cheerleader, Julie Poulos, was spreading the love and said, “I couldn’t be prouder to work among a dedicated ensemble of the best and (certainly) brightest talent!”

During the next year, we have plans (aside from drinking copious amounts of coffee and beer) to strengthen our culture, continue to invest in our people, keep preaching our core values, and, eventually, apply for the award again.
